Cook steel cut oat groats according to instructions
Remove from heat and mix in applesauce, cinnamon, raisins, vanilla bean
Serve as is for family members stage 3+ For new eaters (stage 2 babies) let cool slightly and puree in food processor or with immersion blender until smooth and creamy for baby (6 mos. +)
If feeding to baby, add some warm formula or breastmilk prior to serving to ensure consistency is extra smooth and creamy
